Appointment Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full treatment. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge a $50 non-refundable fee.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To provide the best care for all patients and respect our providers' time, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• All cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a $50 non-refundable fee, charged to the card on file. No exceptions.
• After three no-shows or late cancellations, you will be required to prepay in full for any future appointments.
Prepayments are non-refundable if the cancellation/no-show policy is violated. If you reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, your payment will be credited toward a future service.
We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to accommodate clients on our waiting list and honor the time of our talented providers.
Refund Policy
• Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic and wellness treatments may require multiple sessions, and outcomes vary by individual.
• Retail Products: No refunds. Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product.
• Gift Certificates: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Children Policy
For everyone’s safety and relaxation, please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. Children are not permitted in treatment areas.
Pet Policy
While we love animals, pets are not allowed inside our facility unless they are certified service animals. Clients arriving with pets will be asked to remove them before services can be rendered.
